2008 Rodman Ride for Kids The Rodman Ride for Kids is an umbrella matching gift charity that raises funds for children’s related social service agencies in Massachusetts. The Ride for Kids and its 22 beneficiary agencies fundraise year-round, culminating with The Ride event, a 25, 50, or 100-mile non-competitive cycling tour, each fall. Since its inception in 1991, the Ride for Kids has raised over $25 million to help at-risk children. Assist Kennedy-Donovan Center in our fundraising efforts for the 2008 Ride for Kids. We need teams of riders willing to raise money and ride for Team KDC to help us achieve our fundraising goal set by the Ride. Comedy Night Charity Event - New Bedford To benefit children, adults and families receiving services from KDC’s Greater New Bedford community programs including Foster Care, Early Intervention, Chapter 766 Day School, Healthy Families, and Adult Support Services. Southbridge Charity Golf Tournament To benefit children and families receiving services from KDC’s South Central Early Intervention program. Join us for our 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, September 15, 2008 at Cohasse Country Club. Cohasse Country Club is a private club located less than two miles south from the center of Southbridge, MA. Designed by Donald Ross in 1916, the course includes nine-holes and encompasses 3,061 yards of golf for a par of 35. Plymouth Charity Golf Tournament To benefit children and families receiving services from KDC’s Plymouth Early Intervention program. Join us for our 5th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 1 P.M. at Southers Marsh Golf Course in Plymouth. Southers Marsh Golf Club is an 18-hole, public, executive-style golf course that plays like a championship layout. Voted Plymouth 's Best Golf Course in 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006, players get the golf, course conditions, and service expected at a resort course without the corporate feel, lengthy time commitment, or expense.
