Get Involved
Kennedy-Donovan Center is dedicated to supporting people with developmental disabilities and other unique challenges. But we don’t do it alone. KDC is grateful to the individuals, organizations and businesses who work with us and invest in the future of Kennedy-Donovan Center and the infants, children, adults and families who benefit from our services.
Your generosity helps us to provide:
- Educational items, including classroom supplies, assistive technology, developmental toys, and computer software.
- Social and recreational opportunities, such as bowling, an evening at the movies. the production of local plays, art supplies, and board games.
- Opportunities for kids to attend summer camp, or participate in playgroup.
- Trainings for parents on parenting skills, and parenting a child with disabilities; and for staff, on-going trainings in the ever-changing disabilities field.
Kennedy-Donovan Center uses only 9.6% of funds for administrative and fundraising purposes; over 91 cents of every dollar received is used for the direct care of the children, adults and families we serve.
In addition to making a cash donation, you can also donate goods or services or sponsor one of our annual events. See Sponsor an Event for more information.
