The Kennedy-Donovan Center, Inc. encourages caring individuals who are committed to our mission and who share our vision to apply for positions within our organization.

Our programs include residential and community-based programs, a private special education (Chapter 766) school, four early intervention programs, two early intervention partnership programs, and two healthy families programs. Employees typically work with children, youth and families with disabilities or who are at risk for developmental disabilities or delays in order to help them develop to their fullest potential. These services are individualized to each child's needs as well as the needs of the family, and are community-based, supporting their fullest participation in society.

While applicants come to us because of their interest in working with children and families, it is important to know that employees are rewarded not only by the work they do, but also with a competitive salary and a strong benefits package.
