Autism Services (ABA)

Building behavior strategies for all ages

We team up with individuals and families to understand how behaviors work in real-life situations. Together, we identify and increase behaviors that are helpful.

Program Overview

Our Autism Services Program supports individuals of all ages and their families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. Individuals with autism receive personalized services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA uses data-informed interventions to teach an individual new skills and to decrease behaviors that are harmful or can negatively impact learning.

Our Difference

We combine science-based therapies with a passion for human empowerment.

Services We Offer

ABA therapy programs can help people of all ages to

  • Increase language and communication skills
  • Improve attention, focus, social skills, memory, and academics
  • Decrease problematic behaviors

Our overall services include

  • Comprehensive evaluation by licensed and board-certified behavior analysts
  • Individualized programming based on ABA strategies
  • In-home supports for individuals and families
  • Parent education and training to manage both family care and self-care

Who We Support

People can benefit from ABA interventions at any age. Our Autism Services Program implements therapies within a developmental framework, meaning that the way we teach and the skills we develop are developmentally appropriate for all ages.

State and federal laws require most health insurers in Massachusetts to provide coverage for ABA services for individuals who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, MassHealth now provides coverage of ABA services, co-pays, and deductibles.

Staff Excellence

Our Autism Services combine KDC’s core values and professional experience to offer comprehensive services. Our dedicated team of clinicians and support staff are ready to provide quality, individualized services to your family.

All programming is developed by a Licensed and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and all staff are CPR, first aid, and crisis management certified.
