New Bedford, MA – December 10, 2019 – The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE) recently conducted a Program Review of Kennedy-Donovan Center School’s special education facility and programming. DESE granted the school a full approval status, effective through August 31, 2023.

KDC School is a Chapter 766-approved private day school that serves the towns of Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod. We provide the highest quality special education services to students ages 3 through 22. Our students have autism, developmental delays, multiple disabilities, neurological disorders, physical disabilities, behavioral challenges, and/or are medically fragile. Certified special education teachers and therapists plan each student’s individual program to match their developing abilities while encouraging each to reach their maximum potential.
