Program Overview
Community-Based Day Supports enhance opportunities to provide adults ages 22+ with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities opportunities to be an active, contributing members in the Cape Cod community. These supports focus on building essential skills that promote greater independence, social inclusion, and pathways to community integration.

Who We Support
Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS) is open to adults aged 22 and older and are supported by the Department of Developmental Services. Transportation services are available.
